01About these terms

These terms cover the use of ayroverse.com and the basis on which Ayroverse provides services. Ayroverse is a web development and digital product studio founded by Arjun Swarnkar in India.

Using this website means you accept these terms. Where Ayroverse carries out paid work for you, a separate written quote or proposal sets out the specifics of that project, and those project terms take precedence over anything general stated here.

You may read, share and reference the content of this website freely. You may not misuse it.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or its database.
• Do not submit false information, spam or automated submissions through the forms.
• Do not copy substantial parts of this site’s content or code and present it as your own.
• Do not use this website in any way that breaks applicable law.

03Information about services

The service pages on this website describe what Ayroverse can build and how it works. They are a description of capability, not a fixed offer, and the scope of any particular project is defined in that project’s written quote.

Ayroverse does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes, sales or any other commercial outcome. Search engines do not sell positions, and no honest provider can promise them. Statements on this website about search work describe the technical and structural improvements delivered, not the results they will produce.

04Quotations and scope

Project quotes are issued in writing and set out what is included and what is excluded. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the requirements known at the time it was prepared.

Work that falls outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begun once you have approved it. Scope is never expanded silently and then invoiced afterwards.

05Payments

Payment terms are set out in the quote for each project. Projects are normally invoiced in stages, with an advance to begin work and the balance due at agreed milestones.

Third-party costs — domain registration, hosting, payment gateway fees, paid plugins or licensed services — are billed by those providers directly and are not included in a project quote unless it explicitly says so.

Work may be paused where an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date. Where that happens you will be told before it takes effect.

06Your responsibilities as a client

Most delays on a website project come from content and approvals rather than development, so what is needed from you matters.

• Providing content — text, images, logos and product information — within the agreed timeframe.
• Confirming that you hold the rights to any content, images or fonts you supply.
• Providing access to domains, hosting or existing accounts where the work requires it.
• Giving feedback and approvals within a reasonable period so the project can progress.
• Nominating one person who gives final approval, where several people are involved.

07Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, the custom code, designs and assets produced specifically for your project become yours to use, modify and host wherever you choose.

Ayroverse retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, libraries, internal components and general know-how, and may reuse those on other projects. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Content you supply remains yours throughout. Ayroverse may reference completed work — including a name, description and screenshots — in its portfolio unless you ask in writing that it does not.

08Third-party tools and services

Projects often involve third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, email services, analytics and content platforms. These are operated by their own companies under their own terms and pricing.

Ayroverse integrates them carefully, but does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, policy changes or discontinuation.

09Timelines and delays

Timelines are estimated in good faith based on the agreed scope and on content and feedback arriving when expected.

Where a delay is caused by content, approvals or third-party access not arriving, the timeline moves accordingly and you will be told. Where a delay is caused by Ayroverse, you will be told that too, with a revised date.

10Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is stated in each project quote. A revision round means consolidated feedback returned together, rather than a continuous stream of individual changes.

Revisions beyond the included rounds, and changes that alter the agreed direction after it was approved, are quoted separately before being carried out.

11Cancellation and termination

Either side may end a project in writing. Where you cancel, work completed up to that point is invoiced and any advance already paid is applied against it. Advances are non-refundable to the extent that work has already been done.

Where Ayroverse ends a project, you are invoiced only for work genuinely completed, and any completed deliverables you have paid for are handed over.

12Warranty and support after launch

Faults in work Ayroverse delivered are corrected within the support period stated in your quote, at no additional cost.

Issues caused by changes made by others, by third-party service failures, or by requirements that were never in scope, are quoted as new work. Ongoing maintenance beyond the support period is arranged separately.

13Limitation of liability

Ayroverse’s total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you have paid for that project.

Ayroverse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profit, lost data, lost business or loss of search visibility — arising from the use of a delivered website or application, or from third-party services it depends on.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14External links

This website links to external sites, including live client and portfolio projects. Those sites are not controlled by Ayroverse, and it is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

15Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the studio’s services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Terms already agreed in a signed quote are not changed by a later update to this page.
