This policy covers ayroverse.com, the website of Ayroverse — a web development and digital product studio founded by Arjun Swarnkar in India.

It explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it afterwards. It is written to be read, not to be defended.

02Information you submit through forms

The enquiry forms on this website ask for the details needed to reply to you usefully. Nothing is collected that is not asked for on the form itself.

03Why this information is collected

The only purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work you have asked for.

• To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
• To prepare a quote or proposal, where you have asked for one
• To deliver and support a project you have commissioned
• To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed

04What is not done with it

• Your details are not sold, rented or traded.
• Your details are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
• You are not added to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
• No automated decision-making or profiling is applied to your enquiry.

05Where the information is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in a database that Ayroverse operates on its own hosting, and a copy is delivered by email so the enquiry can be read and answered.

Access to that database is restricted to Ayroverse and is protected by an authenticated admin login. Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to an active or potential project, and removed when they are not.

06Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts.

It does store a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage: a cache of page content such as the services and FAQ lists, so pages appear quickly on a repeat visit. That cache stays on your device, is not linked to you personally, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

A separate authentication token is stored in local storage only for administrators signing in to the private admin area. It is never created for ordinary visitors.

Your cookie choices are remembered on your device so you are not asked again on every visit. The full list of what is stored, and how to change your choice, is in the Cookie Policy — or use “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

07Analytics

If website analytics are enabled in future, this section will name the provider and say what is measured before that provider is added. If a client asks for analytics on a website Ayroverse builds for them, that provider is set up in the client’s own account and is covered by the client’s own privacy policy, not this one.

08Third-party services this website relies on

A small number of external services are involved in serving this website. Each one is listed here because using it means a request is made to that provider.

• A hosting provider, which serves the website and stores the database.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used across the site. Loading a font makes a request to Google’s servers.
• An email provider (SMTP), which delivers enquiry notifications so they can be answered.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to use the WhatsApp link. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

09Data security

The website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, the admin area requires authentication, and administrator passwords are stored hashed rather than in readable form.

These are reasonable, standard measures. No website can honestly describe itself as impossible to breach, and this one does not.

10Your choices

You are in control of what you send and what happens to it afterwards.

• You can choose not to submit a form, and contact Ayroverse by email or WhatsApp instead.
• You can ask what information is held about you.
• You can ask for your enquiry and details to be corrected or deleted.
• You can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time, and contact will stop.

11Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

12Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when what the website does changes — for example if analytics are added. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
