What this website stores on your device, why, and how to change your choice.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how ayroverse.com — and online stores hosted by Ayroverse on its own platform — use cookies and similar technologies, and what choices you have.
Cookies are small files a website can save in your browser. Websites can also use other browser storage (“local storage” and “session storage”), which works in a similar way. This policy covers both, and calls them “cookies and similar technologies”.
Browser storage this website uses
Every item below stays on your device. You can remove any of them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
- Your cookie choice — “ayroverse_cookie_consent” (local storage). Records whether you allowed analytics and marketing, the version of this policy you answered, and the time. It is kept so you are not asked on every visit, and it is the only thing that tells the site your choice.
- Cached site content — “ayroverse.cache.…” (local storage). Copies of public content such as services, projects, FAQs, testimonials and site settings, so pages appear quickly when you come back. Essential to how the site loads.
- Interface reminders — “ayroverse_demo_hint_seen” and “ayroverse_demo_tour_seen” (local storage), and “ayroverse_demo_from” (session storage). They remember that you have already seen the “click a website” hint and the demo introduction, and which page a concept demo was opened from so its “Back to Ayroverse” button returns you there.
- Sign-in tokens — “ayroverse.token” and “ayroverse.tenant.token” (local storage). Created only when an administrator or a store owner signs in to their own dashboard. They are never created for ordinary visitors.
- Store preview draft — “ayroverse.preview.tenant” (local storage). Holds the store details a business enters while previewing a store style during onboarding, so the preview tab can display them.
Essential storage
The cached site content, the interface reminders and the sign-in tokens above are needed for the website to work as intended. They do not track you, are not linked to who you are, and are not switched off by the cookie banner.
Analytics
The pages of ayroverse.com do not use any analytics tool. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar service is installed.
One analytics feature exists elsewhere in the platform: online stores hosted by Ayroverse count visits, product views and clicks on the WhatsApp button, so the store owner can see how their store is doing. The counts are sent to Ayroverse’s own server for that store’s dashboard — not to an advertising network or a third-party analytics company. For the length of a visit, the store also remembers where you arrived from (for example a link with a source tag, or “direct”) in session storage under “ayroverse.visit.source”.
This only runs if you have allowed Analytics in the cookie banner or in Cookie Settings. If you have not, nothing is counted and that source is not remembered.
Marketing
No advertising or marketing cookies, pixels or tags are in use on this website. The Marketing switch in Cookie Settings is there so your choice is already recorded if that ever changes. If a marketing tool is added, this policy will name it first and you will be asked again.
Third-party services that receive a request
These are not tracking tools, but loading them means your browser makes a request to the provider, which can see technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Each is governed by its own privacy terms.
- Google Fonts, which serves some of the typefaces used across the site.
- Fontshare, which serves the General Sans typeface.
- A hosting provider, which serves the website itself.
- WhatsApp, only if you choose to open a WhatsApp link.
- The concept demo websites (for example /jewellery and /travel) are separate sites; they may load their own fonts and images from providers such as Google Fonts and Pexels.
Your choices
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject everything non-essential, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing optional is switched on beforehand.
You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie Settings” in the footer of every page. Withdrawing a category stops that tracking from then on.
You can also clear or block browser storage through your browser’s settings. Doing so removes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again, and some conveniences (such as the page cache) will simply be rebuilt.
Changes to this policy
If the technologies used here change — a new analytics or marketing tool, for example — this page will be updated, and visitors will be asked for their choice again.
